How UFC pick em works on Sportsball
Each UFC event becomes a slate of fights. Players pick the winner of each bout before it locks. Jelly bean scoring rewards riskier picks when upsets land—just like our MLB and NFL pick em games. Hosts can trim the card or add prelims with the same slate customization as other Sportsball pick em games. The live leaderboard updates as fights finish.

UFC pick em FAQ
What is UFC pick em?
UFC pick em is a fight-night prediction game where players pick winners bout by bout, earn jelly bean points (with bonuses for upsets), and climb a live leaderboard. On Sportsball you can join a free public challenge when one is live or host a private pool for friends.
How is UFC pick em scored?
Each fight pays jelly beans based on the moneyline—favorites pay a steady baseline while underdogs unlock bigger rewards when they win. Sportsball scores automatically from official results; no spreadsheets on fight night.
Can I customize which fights are in my pool?
Yes. Private hosts pick an upcoming UFC card, start with the priced main card, and can add or drop fights in Customize Game Slate—same include/remove toggles as MLB and NFL pick em.
Is there a public UFC pick em global challenge?
When an official public season is live, you can join from the global challenge link on this page—free entry, live leaderboard, and upset-style scoring on the main card.
Do players need an account?
No account is required to play. Share your private link or the public challenge URL—friends join with a display name and start picking.
Is Sportsball affiliated with the UFC?
Sportsball is an independent fan platform. UFC trademarks belong to their owners; Sportsball provides pick em software for your private or public games.
Is Sportsball less cluttered on mobile than legacy pool sites?
Sportsball is built mobile-first, so the pool actually works in the phone browser the way your group uses it in the room. The experience has no in-game advertising, and you are not funneled through the repeated cookie, tracking, and privacy modals that many older office-pool and pool-hosting sites add on every visit. The flow is open the link, make picks or claim a square, follow the live board—where legacy tools often still feel like desktop software squeezed into a small screen.
