Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Do not

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Cheat, collude to distort public leaderboards, or abuse bots
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export data except a host roster for your own private game
• Spam, phish, or send malware
• Place, accept, record, settle, or facilitate a real-money bet, pot, or rake using Sportsball play, scores, or rosters
• Operate a sportsbook, bookmaking, or other gambling business on or through the Service
• Interfere with scoring, payments, or other users' access
• Circumvent paywalls, roster locks, or pick deadlines
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or probe scoring or other APIs except as the product UI allows
• Load-test or attack the Service (including denial-of-service) without our written permission
• Upload or use avatars, display names, game titles, or other content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP, including professional team logos you do not have the right to use

Enforcement

We may determine what violates this policy.

We may suspend or terminate access, including without prior notice, when we reasonably suspect a violation (for example cheating, abuse, or illegal gambling).

Jelly beans, ranks, and leaderboards have no cash value; we are not liable for lost beans.

Refunds for host fees, if any, follow the payment-platform rules in the Terms of Service.

This section does not waive non-waivable consumer rights.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to Kim Wormley dba Sportsball Games at privacy@joinsportsball.com and 2950 Broad Street #1108 SLO, CA 93401.

A notice should identify the work, where it appears on the Service, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized, and your signature.

We may remove content and suspend repeat infringers.
